All orders are shipped from our warehouse, located in Toledo, Ohio in the United States.
Complimentary 2 Day Priority Shipping for subscriptions: Good news! We offer complimentary guaranteed priority 2 day shipping on all US orders (excluding P.O. boxes), sent via FedEx 2 Day Express Flat Rate Shipping. 2 day shipping starts from the time the order is processed, and applies from Monday – Saturday (see more below).
One Time Purchases: There is a flat shipping rate of $8.99 for all one time purchases. All shipments are shipped via FedEx 2 Day Express Flat Rate Shipping. 2 day shipping starts from the time the order is processed, and applies from Monday – Saturday (see more below).
P.O Boxes: At this time, our priority shipping service does not deliver to P.O boxes. All orders sent to P.O. boxes will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Typical delivery is 1-3 business days, as per USPS’ website (shipping timelines start from the time the order is processed). Please note, this is not a guaranteed service, and transit times vary based on how far they are shipped from the origin. Additionally, delays of up to 7 business days can be expected during major national holidays, including Thanksgiving, and the period from December 1 – January 7.
Large Order Quantities: Orders quantities of 2 or greater may be shipped via FedEx Ground. Typical delivery is 1-5 business days within the contiguous U.S., 3-7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii (shipping timelines start from the time the order is processed).
At this time, STUNN Collective only ships to United States addresses. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] if you would like to coordinate shipping to a different country. International shipping will be available on a case by case basis. The customer will be responsible for the full cost of shipping, and any additional duties, taxes, or fees that may arise.
Delivery timelines for international orders may vary due to variations in customs and borders processing.
Order Processing and Shipping Expectations:
Orders are processed Monday – Friday, and shipping occurs Monday – Saturday for priority shipping (US addresses, excluding P.O boxes) and Monday – Friday for all P.O boxes and international addresses. Orders placed after 9AM EST may be processed on the following day. Possible processing and shipping delays may occur during holidays, including the US Thanksgiving holiday, and the period between December 1 – January 7.
Tracking numbers will be provided for orders once the order has reached “Completed” status, usually within 1 business day of the order being received. The customer will be sent an automated email with tracking information. Additionally, tracking information can be found in the “My-Account” section of our website for all orders. Please note, this will only apply to customers who create an account either during checkout, or prior to checkout. All customers with active subscriptions are required to create an account during checkout if they have not previously created an account.
