Shipping Policy

Shipping Origin:

All orders are shipped from our warehouse, located in Toledo, Ohio in the United States.

US Domestic Shipping:

Complimentary 2 Day Priority Shipping: Good news! We offer complimentary guaranteed priority 2 day shipping on all US orders (excluding P.O. boxes), sent via FedEx 2 Day Express Flat Rate Shipping. 2 day shipping starts from the time the order is processed, and applies from Monday – Saturday (see more below).

P.O Boxes: At this time, our priority shipping service does not deliver to P.O boxes. All orders sent to P.O. boxes will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Typical delivery is 1-3 business days, as per USPS’ website (shipping timelines start from the time the order is processed). Please note, this is not a guaranteed service, and transit times vary based on how far they are shipped from the origin. Additionally, delays of up to 7 business days can be expected during major national holidays, including Thanksgiving, and the period from December 1 – January 7.

Large Order Quantities: Orders quantities of 2 or greater may be shipped via FedEx Ground. Typical delivery is 1-5 business days within the contiguous U.S., 3-7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii (shipping timelines start from the time the order is processed).

International Shipping:

At this time, STUNN Collective ships internationally to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. This list of destinations will be expanded based on demand. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] if you would like to see a new country added to the list – we are continually looking to grow our international presence based on demand!

If you are interested in having STUNN shipped to a different country, and cannot wait until we open our shipping to that country, please reach out directly at [email protected], and we can discuss options for one off cases. We can often arrange to have STUNN products sent to other international locations based on the specific needs of the customer. These shipments will be dealt with on a one off basis, and the customer will be responsible for the full cost of shipping, and any additional duties, taxes, or fees that may arise.

Delivery timelines for international orders may vary due to variations in customs and borders processing.

Canada:

STUNN Collective offers a complimentary premium shipping option to Canada.

Complimentary Premium Shipping to Canada: Premium shipping ships via FedEx International Economy, and typically ships within 2-3 business days from the time the order is processed. This option provides excellent tracking, and typically does not experience significant delays due to holidays.

Additional taxes, clearance entrance fees and carrier fees may apply upon delivery (including GST, PST, HST as applicable), which the customer will be solely responsible for. Notification for any such fees will come directly from FedEx, and will be paid directly to FedEx using FedEx’s suggested payment method.  Typically, additional fees are in the range of $10 for clearance entry fees plus applicable taxes, but fees may vary, and there is no guarantee that additional fees will be owed. Delays may occur if the shipper cannot contact the customer for fee payment.

United Kingdom:

STUNN Collective offers a standard shipping option for $10USD and a premium shipping option for $20USD to the UK. The preferred shipping method can be selected by the customer at checkout based on the customers needs.

Standard Shipping to the UK ($10USD): Standard shipping ships via USPS First Class International, and typically ships within 12-18 business days from the time the order is processed. Timelines are not guaranteed with this option, and tracking is limited. Tracking numbers are provided, however are not typically updated until the package has crossed the international border, and again when the package is delivered. Delays often occur around the holiday seasons. Please prepare to add an additional 5-7 business days for delivery during the period from December 1 to January 7.

Premium Shipping to the UK ($20USD): Premium shipping ships via FedEx International Economy, and typically ships within 3-6 business days from the time the order is processed. This option provides excellent tracking, and typically does not experience significant delays due to holidays. This method is recommended if increased speed or certainty is required around the shipment.

Additional taxes, duties, and carrier or clearance entry fees may apply on delivery, which the customer will be solely responsible for. Notification for any such fees will come directly from the carrier, and will be paid directly to the carrier using the carrier’s suggested payment method. Delays may occur if the shipper cannot contact the customer for fee payment. 

Australia Shipping:

STUNN Collective offers a standard shipping option for $10USD and a premium shipping option for $25USD to the UK. The preferred shipping method can be selected by the customer at checkout based on the customers needs.

Order Processing and Shipping Expectations:

Orders are processed Monday – Friday, and shipping occurs Monday – Saturday for priority shipping (US addresses, excluding P.O boxes) and Monday – Friday for all P.O boxes and international addresses. Orders placed after 9AM EST may be processed on the following day. Possible processing and shipping delays may occur during holidays, including the US Thanksgiving holiday, and the period between December 1 – January 7.

Order Tracking:

Tracking numbers will be provided for orders once the order has reached “Completed” status, usually within 1 business day of the order being received. The customer will be sent an automated email with tracking information. Additionally, tracking information can be found in the “My-Account” section of our website for all orders. Please note, this will only apply to customers who create an account either during checkout, or prior to checkout. All customers with active subscriptions are required to create an account during checkout if they have not previously created an account.
